    The book White Needle / Phantom Sun by Carl Bowen is about a team ,shadow squad, which go on secret missions for the United States. White needle is about the team going in and investigating a chemical weapon that is in the rough hands could kill millions. Phantom Sun is where shadow squad go and recover  an object that landed in in the North Pole. Also they find a"tech" genus assigned to their group from the U.S.A.
    The book White Needle / Phantom Sun reminded me of me when I was a kid I thought I could be a secret spy that would go on secret missions to the store. Then I would steal to idem and go to the black market, the cashier, and give the item and they put it in a travel kit with other items. To cover my escape. This story was for when I was little and it relates to White Needle / Phantom Sun by having important secret mission that can change the world. When I was a kid the world was not that big.
     I dislike Simon because he was rude and had a know it all attitude. Also he almost get the shadow squad team killed. Thing i also saw were that the team leader was protective of his team. Which I think is very kind.

Rowling, that is about a boy named Harry who finds out he is a wizard after 10 years of his life.       The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle is a book about a girl who has unexpected change in he sail home to america for the summer and witness some life changing things. She has to choose who to trust and makes the wrong choice. She was indirectly responsible for two murders, and takes the place of the victims because, the captain after committing the murder made the crew work basically double.      This happens in the real world but usually in much smaller scale. Usually people get fired or die, and people have to take there place in the business. It can also be someone is better and is promoted into someone else's seat. Also people witness murders just like her a lot depending on were you live.      There are many similarities however this was the biggest.
